3rd Party finance agreement:

Some agents may say, no upfront fees but they may ask you to sign a 3rd party finance agreement. A 3rd party finance agreement means “You have to pay a certain amount whether your property get sold or not” after a time. Paying a little fee like £99 is may save you £££. Those taking full upfront payment may show less interest or just do a basic job but those who asking you to pay on completion (No sale No Fee) may do the best job as they have invested their time and money in your property.
