Q-1. What will be the length of my listing?

Ans: If you opt-in for 'Express package' your listing will be active on the major portals for first 3 months and Let Agreed* with Standard and Silver package.

Q-2. What if I don’t need vetting (referencing), AST, deposit service from 99home?

Ans: Perfectly fine, landlords are free to use their own AST, referencing and deposit protection service.

Q-3. How long will you list my property on Zoopla?

Ans: Until your property gets let.

Q-4. Are my credit/debit card payments safe?

Ans: Yes, all payment details are sent directly to Stripe. We never see any of this information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

Q-5. What're the charges for the landlord?

Ans: A onetime £29 fee which includes property listing on Zoopla and PrimeLocation, deposit protection in mydeposit.co.uk, contract drafting with the digital signature, first month rent collection. No agency or admin fees, no contract signing fees, no hidden charges.

* 1 or 2 x full reference will be included if no discount code applied.

Q-6. How much do 99home charge for tenant referencing fees?

Ans: £40 (inc VAT) per reference conducted, and not all Landlords insist on referencing. Right to rent must be checked by the landlord.

Q-7. Where do you keep the deposit protection?

Ans: 99home use mydeposit.co.uk to protect the deposit and transfer deposit amount within 1- 7 working days*.

Q-8. I found the suitable tenant(s) what next?

Ans: Please inform tenant and 99home so we can get in touch with the tenant(s) for the deposit and referencing purpose.

Q-9. What’s is include in Full reference and who pay for this?

Ans: Landlord pay for full reference which includes employment reference, previous tenancy reference, right to rent check(Landlord need to certify), credit checks (clear of unsatisfied CCJs, clear of bankruptcies, clear of satisfied CCJs, found at current address, previous address matched, no undisclosed addresses).
