Refund Policy

If you cancel 99home services including addon within 14 days of accepting our terms and conditions, we will refund the payment for the services you wish to cancel (i.e. any addon or listing). The payment will be reimbursed within 12 working days after we have received your cancellation request.

99home.co.uk will charge £99 where a service or part service has been delivered, i.e. a 99home.co.uk, for Sale/To Let board has been erected or photos and floorplans have been produced. If you are not happy with the level of service received by 99home.co.uk, please see our complaints procedure where we will investigate each complaint on a case-by-case basis.

£29 Express Package

a. No refund will be issued if the property goes live on the major portals
b. No refund will be issued if the landlord fails to provide ownership information
c. No refund will be issued if the seller’s/landlord’s AML check is failed
d. £20 will be deducted in case AML is done and a refund is eligible/requested
e. No refund will be issued if 99home has visited the property for verification
f. 3% transaction fees will be deducted for the payments taken online while processing online refunds
g. A 10% deduction will be done if any discount code has been applied

h. No refund will be issued will be given if you fail to provide a valid EPC or a copy of the Land Registry

£99 Standard / £149 and £249 Commercial Package

a. No refund will be issued if the vendor/landlord fails to provide any AML documents (AML Link)
b. No refund will be issued if the seller’s/ landlord’s AML check is failed
c. No refund will be issued if the property goes live on the major portals
d. 10% reduction in the refund if any third-party voucher code is used
e. £20 will be deducted in case AML is done and a refund is eligible/requested
f. No refund will be issued if 99home has visited the property for verification
g. 3% transaction fees will be deducted for the payments taken online while processing online refunds
h. A 10% deduction will be done if any discount code has been applied

I. No refund will be issued will be given if you fail to provide a valid EPC or copy of the Land Registry

£599 Combo & Silver Package:

a. No refund will be issued if the seller fails to provide ownership information
b. No refund will be issued if photography, floor plan, or “For sale” board has been done and the seller is liable to pay the “For Sale” board(if erected)
c. No refund will be issued if the property goes live on the major portals
d. No refund will be issued if 99home has visited the property for verification
e. 3% transaction fees will be deducted for the payments taken online while processing online refunds
f. A 10% deduction will be done if any discount code has been applied

J. No refund will be issued will be given if you fail to provide a valid EPC or copy of the Land Registry

£1099 High Street Package:

a. No refund will be issued if the seller fails to provide ownership information
B. No refund will be issued if photography and floorplan have been done and the seller is liable to pay the “For Sale” board (if erected)
c. No refund will be issued if the property is live on the major portals
d. No refund will be issued if 99home has visited the property for verification
e. 3% transaction fees will be deducted for the payments taken online while processing online refunds
F. A 10% deduction, if any discount code has been applied
