How do you manage end of tenancy?

Our team will get in touch with you when the renewal is approaching to find out whether you would like to renew the contract with your existing contacts. If yes, we will talk to the tenants and organise the free renewal of your tenancy. If not, we will issue a notice for the property to be vacated and relist the property on the portals to find new tenants.

When is the fees applicable?

The fee is applicable once the tenant moves in to the property.
