FAQ
Q-1. What will be the length of my listing?
Ans. If you opt-in for 'Standard package' your listing will be active on the major portals for first 4 months excluding Rightmove and Until Sold* on 99home. 6 months on the major portals with Combo and 12 months with High Street package. ( Righmove listing is for 3 months and 6 months in Combo and Highstreet)
Q-2. Are there additional costs to change adverts or pictures etc?
Ans. There’s no need to call us - just use the convenience of your online dashboard where you can update your listing any time. You can upload up to 29 pictures.
Q-3. Can I choose my own pricing?
Ans. Yes, you can choose your own price. If you need any help, we are more than happy to assist you.
Q-4. Can I have multiple agents, and if I decide to cancel my listing do I have to pay anything extra?
Ans. You can have multiple agents. There is nothing to pay if you want to cancel a Standard package listing.
Q-5. How long will the property be published?
Ans. Standard and Express package for four months, Combo for 6 months and High street for 12 months.
Q-6. For any amendments on my listing do I need to call you and how many pictures I can upload?
Ans. There’s no need to call us - just use the convenience of your online dashboard where you can update your listing any time. You can upload up to 30 pictures.
Q-7. How much is the No Sale No Fee package?
Ans. Our No Sale No Fee package starts from £999 and the amount payable upon completion.
Q-8. What verification documents are required?
Ans. Please click here to check the documents required to list your property with us.
Q-9. How soon will my property be listed on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Ans. Once your property and ownership is verified, your property will be active on Rightmove and Zoopla within 24-48 working hours.
Q-10. What are your charges for accompanied viewings?
Ans. We charge £360 for up to eight group viewings.
Q-11. How much Rightmove costs?
Ans. Rightmove is £120 per month. It could be renewed every month for £100.
